Residential Agency: I don't usually seek main stream residential agency instructions unless specifically asked by a client. Unfortunately it is not currently possible to give these instructions the attention that they deserve.
However I do undertake sales of residential development land, vacant properties, repossessed properties with refurbishment potential, or properties with sitting tenants or in multiple occupation. These type of properties can usually be sold within a few weeks to known investors/ developers with minimal advertising costs.
I am particularly keen to hear about and maximise the potential of properties that would otherwise be knocked down as bargains at auction.
